From technical point of view this game is fucked but the story is much better than any other GTA entry, and I'm sure GTA VI won't be half as good because GTA IV is the only game they tried making for adults and it completely flopped.

GTA 4 is just a side bonus for TBOGT, the real gta 4

All the technical issues have been fixed by mods now.

also tbogt guy, you should install fusionfix, its a mod that adds missing console effects, qol and bug fixes

Sorry for your loss anon, GTA 4 is still a bitch to run, if your pc supports vulkan try changing it to that with dxvk, add a commandline and if all else fails, set the water to medium, and detail and view distance to 50 instead of 100

No real visual impact but I found it really boosted performance at night at least.
