My favourite FPS is FEAR. The original Painkiller's close and I have a soft spot for the Soldier of Fortune games. And there's a good chance Selaco might take the spot once all three episodes are out.

Favourite TPS is Last of Us 2. Max Payne 3 and Resident Evil 4 are pretty high up to and I probably ought to replay Vanquish one of these days.

the entire campaign usually plays like a movie

Are we talking campaign or multi-player with bots? If it's campaign, that's kind of hard because playing a shooter campaign over and over is kind of boring. I'd say Battlefield Bad Company 2 is one of the best campaign shooters out there. I could think of some others but their far too dated. Maybe going back to cartridge days may be the best single player games, idk though it's so subjective to everyone. Fallout 3, NV, or in general fallout games have good replayability, but I'm not too big into Fallout. Probably GTA series has the best solo play now that I think about it and replayability. I'd say GTA, but 5 is meh, 4 had great multi-player over solo. I can't really think of a single FPS that truly becomes addictive from solo play and continues to keep me engaged for years. Rainbow 6 Las Vegas was fun for bot hunting. Maybe SOCOM, but never really played it.

Multi-player with bots. Not many games have bots in multi-player unfortunately, so I would say any Counterstrike that has bots or if you wanna go back in PS2 eera, you could play TimeSplitters.
