The occultist can heal a wide range from 0-15 or something (that’s a lot in Darkest Dungeon). However he will always inflict bleed if you don’t have any resistance. The classic is him crit-healing for 0 and bleeding your almost dead squad mate.

Occultist has a healing skill that heals for a random amount while also inflicting bleed, if you're unlucky it just applies bleed without providing any healing
