Never even gave this game a second thought after the first trailer, and clearly nobody else did either judging from player numbers.

I don't think they even have the same fanbase, far from.

It's hard to judge its number because it's on game pass. How does NG4 compare to Wo Long's launch?

TN was a co-developer for NG4, Plat are the primary developers so they're the ones at fault.
Also the game was already funded by microsoft so they ultimately take the loss.

Nioh 3 will be successful because it's made by REAL soulful dvelopers.

I played Ninja Gaiden 4 and I enjoyed it. I will play Nioh 3 because I love Nioh. The samurai doesn't follow the herd.
