Yeah, that part is kino.
Also liked how the otherwise dull experience of bounty hunting had some nice variety to it with some different scenarios and conditions.

if i remember correctly, trepang 1 was a shitty platformer the devs made about a sea anemone or some shit. it was never release and they just called it trepang 2 as a joke

Yeah
It's got side quests and upgrades but world isn't that big
I think its 2 or 3 small towns and areas between to explore
Definitely like that more than modern open worlds
