no, how it works now is 250 items sold or $250 in total and you have to get tax shit involved, at least for the USA.

To make REAL money you need to go third party, use middlemen, and paypal. It used to be more grey but Valve is chill with it but extremely serious on their stance if you get scammed outside of steam, its your fault and they wont do shit. They will only help if its done purely through steam.
