Enki didn't become immortal. His S ending is specifically rejecting the false promises of power from New Godhood.
Darce S ending is canon because Legarde has the fucked up skin from it. Getting Legarde into Mahabre for the D ending probably happens after this.
Ragnvaldr S ending is obviously true.
SOMEONE needs to escort the little girl to the depths and that someone dies, which can't be Enki or Ragna. Given every other S ending being true, Cahara's S ending is probs also true, and that has him alive outside the dungeon.

Basically, Darce revives Legarde alongside her S ending, Legarde ascends afterwards in the D ending, and then for some reason Darce needs to escort the little girl to the depths for F&H to exist while all the men are busy being alive and writing books or banging women or killing things.

There's also way more randomness. F&H1 even with mid knowledge you would almost never see a coinflip besides for looting and if you did you likely fucked up already. F&H2 you can just randomly get screwed by enemies.
