Steam only deprecated Windows 7 last year, and at that point less than a fraction of a percent of their userbase was on it. Windows 10 users still make up over 30% of their userbase and less and less people from that userbase want to switch to 11. By the time Steam stops supporting 10, the latest Windows version will be Windows 13 AI Edition or something and I desperately hope you'll have switched to Linux by then.
