I already have the game and dlcs, not buying it again if it's for the cc content as an addition.
If anything, a cc bundle would be nice.

No, most content is some kind of reskin, different IP like doom or totally uninspired weapons & armor. Quest content is really surface level just to add these micro level components.

Though far harbour is a good DLC even if it was pretty short
