It's like black magic, I have a good PC now and this shit still gives me abysmal framerates with stuttering out of the ass.

I even followed the whole damn viva new vegas modlist and it is still fucking janky as shit

I did too and it ran well for me. Then again I played at 60fps, maybe you're trying to go higher
