But it doesn´t make any difference if you play Tremere, Brujha or whatever, you can unlock every power in game, no matter the clan you belong to, and you cant change any aspect of the game if you Tremere. You even can´t take over of the Tremere villan, it´s all moot.
The reactions you get are oneliner inbetween for flair, does´t matter in this Moviegame.
Fuck even Heavy Rain was a more interactive and thrilling Moviegame. And it had only 5 characters.

Nines saves your life, twice, and Jack is a pretty cool dude who teaches you the rope in the beginning. They are pretty much the only helpful vamps around and they're #1 and #2 of the local Anarch. Without a counterbalance you'd go to the Last Round, meet both of them, see how pretty cool and reasonable they are in comparison with every single other vampires in the game, and automatically join the Anarch.

Aside from all that, you can't even create your own character or apparently have much variation in what clan you pick allowing you to do do things differently, so what the fuck is the point ?Its not your story, you're already playing Fabian (but not even with Malk powers like in the original Bloodlines) and Phyre doesn't have nearly the variability of the original game's playable character despite being apparently a (hobbled, temporarily) Elder. I'm not enthused to play as other side characters especially if they can't get the core ones right or give it much depth.

>Strike
Blood Curse. Precede it with the Lasombra Fear Affect to win any 1v1, or use it as an opener on a group to kick things off with some big AoE damage.
>Relocate
Shadow Step. Great for stealth (lure enemies to you, then shadow step on the trailing mook to bypass the whole squad) and insane in combat (you can insta-kill or feed on the targeted enemy immediately after shifting.)
>Affect
Glimpse of Oblivion (Lasombra fear). CC that works on everything, which puts it above the Ventrue suicide ability IMO. Great in combat and can be used to feed easier in the overworld, like a "push" version of Toreador's "pull" ability. Feared enemies can be fed upon in combat if you rush up on them.
>Mastery
Mass Manipulation. Combine with the Fear ability and you can just run up to the fleeing enemies to feed, one-by-one. Incredibly useful outside of combat too. Just fear a group of humans from the shadows and you can freely step up and feed off them. Scared humans are too spooked to realize you're breaking the masquerade.

Being able to use non-favored-clan disciplines is cool, but if you don't have real story, choices etc.. differences based upon your clan or just plain your choices in the game, wastes that potential.
