In your opinion, did this generation produce any bona fide 10/10 games? Bonus points if they're new IPs and not part of an existing series

RDR2, it's 10/10 even without bonus points. And it's visually more impressive than every other current generation game so I'll count it current gen and don't give a fuck.

Not in terms of rendering technology. You might say the image that it resolves looks better than current gen games, but that's true for Yoshi's Island and that doesn't make it current gen
