I played the Witcher 3 a few years after cyberpunk came out and it should have been obvious the devs weren’t all that great. Tw3 is so fucking janky and dead open worlded. People were acting like they were rockstar level making gta or rdr2 level open worlds. The shit isn’t even elder scrolls level. Cyberpunk came out and it basically had the same open world philosophy as tw3 and ubislops where every interaction is an enemy fight and ppl got mad for some reason

To be fair yes the game is overhyped, but we all know GTA, we know what to expect and Rockstar hasn't ever really failed before. Sure some things were dumb, like the feminist stuff in RDR2 and mechanics/side content in GTA lacking compared to San Andreas, but I don't see a tortanic happening with GTA6. It will probably just be the same old GTA with maybe some performance issues for lower end PCs just like every new AAA.
