It wasnt a unity asset flip was it? I pirated 2 of those earlier and I played each for 30 seconds before deleting both of them. One of them had terrible AI voices and the other was terribly optimized.

I drop 90% of indie games because of the artstyle. You can tell wether it was art-directed by an developer or by a true artist

What about troontok? I think also sponsoring troonmers to play your game might help too, but obviously that takes trooney.

i released my little collect-a-thon demo on itch and like 10 people played total
but it was fun nonetheless (never did any gamedev since)
