Nope, Honey Bee Inn is optional location you can access in FF7 og when you need to dress Cloud up as a woman to get into Don Corneo's mansion. Funnily, the women underwear you get from Honey Bee inn doesn't affect whether Don Corneo choose you, but the random result of Honey Bee girl in the dressing room does affect the chance but it's completely randomized. If you talk with the Honey Bee girl enough while she's putting on her make up, she finally asks if Cloud wants her to apply make up on him too and she realizes Cloud wants to look like lady. In cut content you were supposed to have dialogue option how she applies the make up but in the final product the effect is randomized. If it's best possible make up, you get a sound effect of howling wind, if it's secon best, healing sound effect and worst, the cancel buzzer.
Besides Honey Bee inn, there are other things that you can do that affect the Corneo choosing his bride. 2 mandatories are squats for wig, if you win the squatting minigame, you get the best one, if you tie, the second, and if lost, the worst. When telling the tailor how you want the dress to look, i think it was Soft and Shimmer that lead to the best while Clean and Shiny lead to worse.
2 optional quest are bringing medicine to the woman in toilet, the best medicine netting best cologne. The other one is checking the item vending machine in Inn for the store owner, if you buy the most expensive sample, you get the best tiara, cheaper ones net you the worse tiaras
