PC building has gotten stupid
Shit is too expensive, even a top of the line PC will still struggle to run the latest AAA games, and there's a bunch of issues with modern hardware (power consumption, melted connectors, malfunctioning vram, bad drivers even for nvidia, etc.)
To be fair, consoles aren't doing much better, but still

All hobbies are fucked and will be for a long time. Find a way to cope and move on with your life.

It worked unbelievably well for me last time forcing windows 7 onto a 13th gen. Luckily it seems my silicon is okay too.
I feel I got a pretty good price from micrometer for about half of it. Got the gpu 2nd hand and it still rips.

This is not bad at all for a 1440p machine that will get you every game ever made along with movies, music, books, productivity, all for free if you'd like. Even someone working mcdonalds can afford this PC. The only people who cant afford it are neets and 3rd worlders.

Btw I have a 4080 super and cant find any game I cant run at 4k, even if it is DLSS the transformer model and cnn model are fantastic for image quality. I can play cyberpunk 2077 path traced at 4k transformer + framegen at 90 fps, and that's as bad as it gets. And if you're talking shader stutters well it is what it is, just dont buy slop.

Unless you are planning on doing local AI video generation DO NOT buy a crazy expensive rig, there is absolutely nothing else you can do with it outside of blender and 3d modelling work that is worth using that kind of power.

mid tier and 60ti+ tier are more than efficient for anything gaming related.
