Of course not if you push the 12 or something gigs of power at their limits, after all it's true 12Go is more than enough to power almost every game on high settings. But for demanding games like typically Cyberpunk that tie their performances close with the GPU, if you want to squeeze your 50X0 to its maximum you're absolutely going to see weird shit happening on screen. Dude I saw it in videos.
But I reckon that with driver updates since the videos came out it could have changed. Personally I shy away from AI for the good reason that it's not reliable for honest to God graphics.

Switch to a 4070 maybe? Even the 3060 is just better than a 3070 for most things. I would enjoy the 3070 for content creation but not gaming.
Be careful what you pick for what purpose.
