dysphoria depression comes from you being mentally ill and not rooted in any identity, like, you don't know who you are meant to be, what to do, where your place in the world is, so instead of finding that, you become confused sexuality and think the reason you might be like that is because you're the "wrong gender" and believe that if you were to root your identity in being the opposite of who you are meant to be biologically, then magically, you would somehow finally gain some kind of purpose, but you don't.
regular depression comes after these mentally ill retards "transition" to a woman, usually via irreversible surgeries and ingestion of drugs that completely wreck their bodies, and then when they realize what they just did hasn't fixed anything, they also in some cases come to the realization none of it was worthy it and they made a huge fucking mistake, which leads to regular depression fueled by the shame and regret of what they've just done to themselves and the realization that they will have to live like mangled messes for the rest of their lives.
some can't deal with that though and will just kill themselves, while others may actually attempt to de-transition and start speaking up against it and whatnot.
