After everyone completely forgot about avowed, I can predict that this game will also be completely forgotten about. We will shitpost about it for a month then entirely forget it existed at all. It won't even be an interesting flop that people still remember years later because it will be aggressively mid with a bad story. In a year's time, some guy will make an outer worlds thread on /v/ and some other guy in the comments will say "shame it never had a sequel"

Man playing the first game just made me wish I was playing Ratchet and Clank. Like the writers almost wrote good sci-fi with how fucked a colony without a source of food and too much drugs can get but they missed the mark and sanitized the worst of it with reddit tier humor.

The writing in the game is really weird. Like they wanted to write some absurdist setting but they don't really go far enough and everyone is written and acted like they took half a xanax before talking to you

I played it game WAAAAAAAAY the hell back when Gamepass was running the 1 month 1 dollar deal so thankfully I didn't buy it. I was so fucking bored after the Groundbreaker I just gave up

I just hope the new game has some real cringe shit I can see clips of later because I'm sure as shit not going to play it
