I miss playing PSU on the xbox, used to bum around the 4th floor all day during the summer while taking frequent breaks with the other players to go do halo 3 custom games or gears or tf2 on steam or some random shit, or just sit in party chat all night when we're not on PSU.

It is the most cohesive. It feels like a complete game that is structured kind of like old Need for Speed games. There is progression with an ending. Unlike the ones after where you can just kind of do whatever you want with your Jewgatti Oyveron.

I don't know about best. I think I like 3 the best really. The soundtrack, Australia setting, the background NPCs being bearable are a large part.
