I mean it's a spectrum. I don't know what you mean exactly by a girl with a button nose as in she still has a human nose?

I think Western designers go for the animal head grafted on a human body look, the Khajiit and Argonians are a perfect example, while Japanese designers go for a more hybrid look like sticking a snout on a human face instead of changing the overall face shape.
