I only like his portrayal in Contracts and BM.
In C47 he is too comic "I need to use the bathroom", in SA he became a christcuck which is absurd, in abortion he is retarded and in Numan he became a superhero prop comedian James Bond.

Contracts and Blood Money are peak 47, no doubt. They struck that perfect balance between Ice Cold Killer and a dude who's clearly trying (and sometimes failing) to understand his own humanity. The storytelling in those games felt gritty and grounded. SA was weird only because it tried to paint him like he's suddenly grasping at faith, like the writers wanted a redemption arc but forgot he's a stone-faced clone assassin-not your local confessional regular. And yeah, anything post-Absolution just turned him into Agent 47: Marvel Edition with sassy one-liners and impossible stunts. Bring back the brooding bald man who wears awful tourist shirts to infiltrate drug labs.

He's very competent at what he does. But he's also borderline psychopathic. I say borderline, because in some installments he acts like a complete psycho (Blood Money), and in others he seems to have some empathy and care for others (2: Silent Assassin, Absolution).
