No because they were artificially inflated to begin with. Video game economies serving as a sort of pseudo-crypto are going to get cracked down on, hard, because so much of it is centralized in places like China or Russia.

Skins have variable levels, like 4 or 5 I think, of scratchiness randomly added to them when unboxed.
A scratchy skins is worth less, a pristine skin is worth more.
