maybe it was a hoax, maybe not but based on her already existing work shes indeed a va working on "big" games
you could argue that this will hurt valve's profits in the long run, but desu i think they may have done this specifically because people were starting to ask questions why they had all sorts of criminal organizations were laundering or otherwise handling billions of dollars of money on their platform. that may seem like business as usual for the average person who plays CS but i think valve generally dislikes organized crime on their platform

what, you think they'll send goons to gabens house out of spite? most of these organizations are like tiny thirdie scam operations. i guess its possible that some russian gov organization had left 200 mil in a knife fund and they lost it, but i can't really think of any other party that would get so spiteful that they'd "retaliate"

The profile said they were working on a prestigious first person shooter and were responsible for level design and combat encounters.
