Witcher is one of those games that is legit "perfection", even after 10 years. It is still the greatest game ever made by far. Witcher 4 will be a gunshot to the heart if it disappoints (which it will, considering a female protag and UE5 assets).

If a lore-dense game like Witcher with a company like CDPR working on it fails then there is no hope left. It is going to fail though, I mean just think about it.

1. Female protagonist (most of the community would prefer a male protag)
2. UE5 Assets (synthetic, harsh assets that will look mid even on 4K OLEDs)
3. Witcher 3 was too great (a huge milestone to beat)
4. The good devs are gone (made their own studio known as Rebel Wolves)
5. Massive failure of CP2077 (will lead to demotivation)

Why don't these devs just fucking learn from the mistakes of companies like Ubisoft or EA. Why do they keep making games for women and minorities? Is some higher company or power (((((forcing))))) them or something? Or is it just us getting sick and tired of seeing the same thing shoveled down our throat.
