I don't like to pirate games. Weird i have no issues with pirating any other type of media, or even emulate games roms. But runnings pirate .exe just feel wrong. Even if I know that source if trustful.

I'm with you. Stream the shit out of tv/animu/movies and have an old kindle filled with literally all of the old TSR forgotten realms/greyhawk etc novels but I just refrain from playing games I don't want to buy yet instead of pirating.

I feel the same way for paying overpriced ideological entertainment. Especially in current times where entertainment goes hand in hand with manipulation/propaganda. I rather risk to catch some jeeted virus code than paying money to companies so they can fund even bigger piles of shit. >>724150102

I trust people on the forum. When I upload something, people still have a little amount of trust to run it.

one time I got infected with something then emailed by some fella in a different country claiming they had pictures of me whacking off they were gonna give to my email contacts if I didn't give them a ton of crypto. I just ignored it.

If there was malware in any release, someone would detect it and that group would get destroyed. Same as people selling dodgy drugs, they don't survive.
