Not having a single copy of her as a f2p is pain, especially knowing that I still have to keep saving and not roll until her rerun in December and just using my shitty support cards until then. And even then there's a possibility of not even getting one copy because I also wanna roll for Manhattan Cafe and Xmas Oguri. Guess I'll just be satisfied being hardstuck at B+ careers for the next year...

Don't pull her, it's a (big) waste if you can't mlb her, save enough to get 1 creek copy and borrow Kita instead. Lv30 creek with + borrowed Kita + all maxed SR can take you very far.
You will get one copy from half-anni selector and shortly after/during anniversary we should be getting the LB upgrade materials system which will allow you to get LB1 Kita.
I find it funny that there have been a permanent Dispatch thread since its release and mods haven't bat an eye, but god help all those lost souls in hell if someone dares to make a single uma thread on /v/
