It's nice you can switch combat styles depending on the weapon type, but so far every unit use the same generic moveset. There's no individuality.

Maybe I shouldn't harp on too much because Hero is a small indie company (prease andastando), but combat animations should've been a priority since it's a combat-centric game.

There isn't momentum in Warframe, though. Not in an actual physics way. It's more like the moment you do a dodge roll or a bullet dive, you're at a heightened set speed. Bullet dive keeps it til the end point, dodge roll in mid-air will straight up have you lose the extra burst of speed the moment it ends. About the only thing that actually has momentum is the aim glide, and that isn't really a controllable sort, because all your actions are mechanically rigid despite how good chain bullet dives can feel.

The only reason Warframe works as an offering is because DE is making so much money from content creators and esentially donations that they can afford to make every single gameplay thing in WF completely free and almost every single cosmetic thing too. The protoframes were DE's biggest cosmetic investment and they were still free.
Doing that same content loop by a studio that does not want to do that results in a game that has zero reasons to be played. Why would I play a grindy game when I also have to pay to unlock the ability to even grind for those things?
