The OG 13 are great, but I think the 37 Million Live girls deserve more love than they get. They feel less like fanfic or one-note joke characters, which I can't say for most of the Cinderella Girls cast. The ML girls are a logical continuation of the character design philosophy of the console im@s games, likely because at least 3 of them were scrapped im@s2 designs (Julia, Momoko, Reika). The rest of the girls were designed by A1 pictures, so they look straight out of the 2011 im@s anime:

The idea that ML is a continuation of the OG 13 is also supported by how the latter feature heavily alongside ML idols in official songs, units, art, manga, and the 2014 movie. I know this is a U149fag ironic lolicon thread and nobody here gives a shit about im@s outside of AI slop and doujins, but I'd recommend giving the Million Live Gessan manga a look if you genuinely like im@s and want to see more of the OG 13, but are also interested in ML. Avoid the dogshit 2023 CG anime, though.
