Nta, but transvestigating is a thing some very obsessed people do on IRL women to argue if they are actually trans. Usually a TERF thing but you see some right-wing people do it as well these days. Usually if there is any woman who is good on her field or has any "masculine" traits(jaw structure, shoulder width, voice, or sometimes just personality), there are people who starts arguing it's actually trans-woman in disguise to try and attack other women etc.
You can say it's insane, but look at /v/ calling all anime "tranime" and genuinely thinking Donkey Kong Bananza is trans propaganda because DK has among many other color palettes a one that is also pastel colors and reminds the usual ice cream look.
It is genuine obsession, who starts insisting a random gal is trans and getting angry over their own headcanon? It's not healthy.
