The weird thing is Nintendo COULD have made this a complete controller but chose not to. It has two shoulder buttons (even if the Zl button is tiny) but doesn't have a Select button or click sticks. Neither of these necessarily needed to be omitted.

The Gamecube controller was fine. The Switch Pro controller is substantially worse. It is a real piece of cheap shit.

It's good for emulated N64 games since the gate on the stick helps a lot. Trying to play N64 games on an xbox or dualshock controller is turbo aids.

Melee enjoyer here. If the controller doesn't have a t3 motherboard and proper stickbox it sucks ass. It's fucking impossible to find good GC controllers that haven't been used.
