The amount of reactivity in each Dispatch segment is so cool. The demo showed this but I was kind of afraid that they were frontloading it. Literally every episode so far has had impressive reactivity.

>The sabotage dialogue between heroes that depends on who sabotages who, which depends on the exact group you send for missions
>The dialogue exclusive to who you fire and who you hire as a replacement
>Plus just the mission dependent dialogue with characters occasionally commenting on the mission you send them

I think they nailed it with this formula. Instead of boring pseudo point and clicking, have the "real" Telltale experience just be cutscenes and then actual gameplay with some sort of low management/strategy/abstract overview where you can very easily have reactivity that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg.

They can totally recreate this formula even if they make a new game that isn't literally Dispatch 2. It's so easy to imagine this for any of Telltale's previous choice simulators.

In the first two episodes, Robert said something about how this team needs "tough love", and that your usual niceness won't work with them. I took that as a hint of what dialogue choices I should make in the future and thought kicking him out would seem like the soft-hearted teacher approach, so I threw the chair at him.

This felt like the game's story being like, "One of these guys seems okay, the other one is going through a rough time and feels like shit. Which one will you help out?" So to me the obvious choice was to try and cheer up Phenomaman.

Since the game practically threw BB and Robert into a relationship from the moment they met, I figured I would stay the course. Not to mention it felt like BB just ended her last relationship just for a chance to be with Robert. I felt really bad though, seeing Invisigal checking her phone idly, probably in the hopes Robert changed his mind. I actually covered for her in the last 2 episodes by saying I tripped and fell because I felt bad for giving her shit in the break room.
