Because the game has been shit from the start and still isn't any better than it was at launch. It's just less buggy.

You got tricked. The game is still filled with bugs, including brand new ones that crash the game - like the streaming bug from an update ago.

Animations still get bugged. Like Oda freezing/t-posing every time the intro cutscene ends and the fight begins lol

It's just Eurojank but since it's high budget with outsourced dev team it has no soul. The worst of both worlds.
