Sort of. Kinda like GU it's a hodge-podge of stuff from all the previous games so it's jampacked in terms of content. Controls is much stiffer than later ones and even entry level monsters come with their own gimmicks, so it might be hard to get used to it, but you'll learn
I'd personally recommend P3rd, especially if you like Rise's Jap aesthetics but FU definitely has more stuff to do
