Invisicute is INT/Mobility (Pairs with Golem well)
Flambae is mainly vigor/rounder pairing with Prism for easy wins and reach his min-maxed Vigor/Combat/Mobility
Golem is Vigor/Cha using strategic pairings to optimize for the mission
Sonar is Int/Cha since it also makes him Combat/Vigor, pairs well for Malevola.
Punch up is basically just combat/vigor since Golem took his gimmick.
Waterboy I have no idea what to do with him since he lacks all synergy bonuses and functionally has 0 useful powers.

I think it might be easier to team build with Coupe in the team, since you can just optimize Coupe/Punch up, Invisigal/Golem, Flambae/Prism, and keep Malevola as an all-rounder/medic and Waterboy as your replacement int hero.
