Nope it died, OP. I wish I could tell you different. I would love to tell you that Caravan Stories fought the good fight and won, but that would be a lie. The game was heavily flawed and mismanaged to the inevitable End of Service.
I also wish I could tell you that I learned how to make games myself to create a spiritual successor, but I failed. I will love Caravan Stories until the day I die, but it's gone, OP.... It's gone.
