Video game piracy is on the rise in 2025 and now its 100% socially acceptable to pretty much all zoomers.
It makes sense, the people who usually play video games are either from north america or some other country with access to enough funds to buy a gaming PC. But games are just too expensive. You can ask someone to build a $600 1080p gaming PC thats really good, sure, but ask them to buy $1000+ worth of steam games and its too much.
If the average game costs $25 on steam. That's only 40 games for $1000 which you don't own. But most people don't have $1000 they have maybe $100 or $200 to spare if that and that needs to be spent on food.
Zoomers and gen alpha are bringing piracy to new heights because we cant afford homes or food.
