They're a bunch of washed up incompetent retards who in a drunken haze threw an empty beer bottle at a passing squirrel and out of nowhere a lightning struck right inside that bottle. Now they know they'll never be able to do that again so they keep polishing and hanging bells and whistles on this bottle and showing it off to people who tell them how cool and awesome they are at catching lightnings.

They tried Terraria otherworld, but that fell through. Recently within the last few years they have tossed out a quite a few ideas for Terraria 2 as well as apparently having an outline of the game, but I have doubts they'll actually make Terraria 2 any time soon, if at ever. I remember people saying that the reason 1.4.5 is taking so long is because the main part of relogic is working on Terraria 2 with a few people working on the update, but that's pure copium imo.

Should honestly just have an update that improves some of the old pixel art. There's art in the game that hasn't been touched since Terraria originally released, it heavily sticks out when compared to stuff added in 1.3 onwards. The new Moonlord sprite shown off for 1.4.5 is going to easily be the best pixel art in the entire game, but Moonlord was one of the last things in the game that needed a resprite.

I'm still mad that you have to launch through tmodloader to use even the most basic of mods like auto trash

The Only way to make people interested again is a post moonlord roster of bosses, they could even theme it with planets as the bosses, a celestial update if you will

Mercury and Venus are a duo boss with mercury being fast but less hp and Venus being slow but more hp

Mars is your typical big guy with a sword, a true 1v1 duel

Jupiter is the filter, if you beat him you can beat the rest of the roster

Neptune and Uranus are another duo boss but when both die the first one to die is resurrected for a final 3rd phase

Saturn is the final boss, his weapon is literally the sun, he wields the sun itself and utilizes deadly aoes and laser attacks

Pluto is a secret boss that is harder than everyone else
