Executions are cooler because you see the whole thing and it's uniquely tailored to the character. Murders are most of the time just finding them stabbed or beaten to death.
I didn't know about danganronpa till it blew up a few years ago. I watched lets plays of it cause I didn't feel like playing it and by the time I did actually want to play it was kinda spoiled for me already so I'm actually looking forward to 2x2 cause I can actually experience it for myself this time
