Good, he was like the producer for the first game and that's it. Lara wasn't created by him, and he never worked on later games.

he was a writer (iirc) for the first game and he literally designed lara croft from scratch, although lara's personality was mostly created by heather gibson and vicky arnold
toby also worked on the LAU games initially as a creative consultant, then as a writer, visual artist and cinematic and mocap director
