it appears that way because its more or less an idle game that allows you to do other activities like watch youtube videos or browse the internet while your character performs some activity in the game. the playerbase actively tries to find the best ways NOT to play the game which is very interesting and seems counter-intuitive for a video game. afk method this, safespot that, is that fun? is limited interaction fun?

OS isn't what runescape is supposed to be

It's a solo mmo mostly to the average player unless youre doing certain content
