No. Only one of the 2 has a game that lets you exist IN the universe its setting takes place in. When imagining a game in the marvel or the dc universe you eventually want to be in the whole thing. As shitty as it is that mmo fulfills that for DC really well.

I'm hoping for the more rapid collapse and destruction of the completely unsustainable state of current global copyright and IP law, but all of the various loadbearing pillars of Marvel and DC slop will be going into the public domain in the 2030s and Batman in particular will be available in 2035.
Unfortunately we are unlikely to see the corrupt court case of Eldred v. Ashcroft being overturned that cemented the much lobbied for Mickey Mouse laws as constitutional and absolved America from needing to adhere to the letter and spirit of copyright outlined in the constitution.

Marvel has a LONG history of great games on every platform since the 90s.
DC has the Batman games and Injustice.

I honestly can't think of a Marvel titpe that comes close to Arkham.
Much like with every other DC property Batman does all the lifting while the rest is squandered.
Marvel's a bit better about spreading it out, but it's all Spiderman.
