Depends on the Dracula. If we go with the novel one, then the helldivers are low-diffing him pretty easy unless he compulsions them (their PATRIOTISM might make it impossible). If it's Castlevania Dracula, then they're boned, he can teleport and summon devils and use magic and shit. There's lots of Dracula's in fiction but I think most probably lose to the Helldivers because of their future tech and orbital bombardment options.
