Why? Licensed music or something?
I have it in my Steam library already so it must have been from a giveaway or a bundle unless I just forgot that I bought it. So I don't really care.
But even people who missed their chance to buy it shouldn't care. I generally don't advocate for piracy, but if it's abandonware then there is no moral or economic argument against downloading it for free. Generally speaking, given that the purpose of copyright isn't to create lost media, people should be allowed to share freely what isn't for sale. Copyright holders who have a problem with that should fix the problem by making it available, but it's more likely that they don't care because otherwise they would be monetizing the thing they abandoned.
