Naming a horse Mejiro nowadays without it having any actual corrections to the ranch is likely considered taboo among Japanese horse racing fans, if a random horse got the Mejiro prefix slapped to their name there would be an outrage and the JRA would likely have to get involved.
The only one allowed this right nowadays is Mejiro Piola since she's a direct descendant of Mejiro Dober, one of the last of the throughbreds the ranch produced.

Aoharu and every subsequent scenario is better for aces because the stat caps get higher with each other and getting high stats becomes easier but for spark farming and parent building URA Finale is still the best bang for your buck since its the shortest scenario to play fully through and still has the best scenario-specific white spark.
The issue with farming aces for Aoharu on release is that you have a tiny ass time window to prepare them for this CM.
