I'd rather just go play a good game than to try to turn a game into a gooner session just because it's moddable. If I want to goon I just go look at porn. Of course having hot females in games is fine but I'm not gonna go out of my way to make my games goonable as if that's something that brings more value to a game than playing something new and fresh. Like, would I want to replay RE3 Remake just because I can now goon to characters in skimpy outfits? No, I'd go play something more interesting instead.

I've found one that is similar and a little outdated in terms of its message, but its probably easy to paint the textures black yourself, also not playable natively but can be made playable with other mods. Still interested?

Depends on the game, for me at least. I mod a game to make it better. If a game can't be modded and it sucks, then I don't play it. If the game is great without mods, but better with mods, then I put mods in.
I can play Fallout New Vegas without mods, but I can't play Stardew Valley without mods.

Modding should be available for every game. No matter what is modded in, it is your game. You should be allowed to do whatever you want to it so long as it doesn't affect other players.
