They fucked up Monster Hunter and Dragon's Dogma 2, so no.
I admit they did a decent job with Resident Evil in the last half decade or so, and DMC5 was good, so they aren't completely terrible but they aren't on top of their game right now.

Capcom actually experiences sales collapse if they don't make "quality" titles. RE3 remake was not as well-received as 2. It had lower sales and they made sure to put more effort into RE4. Wilds's sales tanked after a steller first week and they will have to work hard with the next one to get people back. They have strong IPs, but they're not bulletproof so they do have to try. Resident Evil isn't always a 10/10. But you can tell they do try to respond to fan complaints. People said 7 was way too scary and they toned it down for 8. Unlike other devs, people keep them honest.

They killed MML3 out of spite, they sold out Dragon's Dogma in favor of Monster Hunter only to bungle Monster Hunter, they leave most of their IPs to starve while they focus all their energy on RE, SF and MH of which only RE isn't being actively run into the ground (arguably)
