Why?
Because whites, and every other race, actually bothered to invent and spend countless billions to construct a system to regulate their own psychopaths. The only exception are blacks, blacks never ever have any self-policing, any self-regulation, any community service, anywhere, built of their own accord and conscious drive to do so due to genetic criminality. Their women should be happy when a white man embraces their flesh because they at least have a chance of a non-criminal life of stability then; black men on the other hand treat women like cheap prostitutes, sandbags to beat to shit, or convenient intermediaries to project criminal acts upon.

Statistics prove civilian deaths in the Chimputin-Ukranian war are not only less than fucking African American neighborhoods per capita, but even staggeringly less than the Israel-Palestine conflict, and even further less eviscerating than current African conflicts. Ethiopia, Sudan, and South Sudan, have managed to outdo 3 fucking years of it in terms of per capita deaths within 3 fucking months, each, individually. That's civilian deaths. Soldier deaths are a different matter.
