Not a good idea for characters who have lower drop rate on average, unless you have a shit ton of resources to spare. Once you get over the 160 wall with your five LB3 Nikkers, more LB's are pretty much a bonus luxury. Support units who don't do much personal damage don't tend to need them as much as DPS either.
