When Sora stabbed himself two Nobodies were created: Roxas and Namine. Roxas should've inherited Sora's memories and personality, but because Kairi restored Sora to human form shortly after he started as a blank slate instead. Namine is a unique Nobody whose body is technically Sora's, formed from the reaction of "Kairi's heart leaving Sora's body". She's more akin to Sora and Kairi's daughter than Kairi's Nobody. Also, Ven's heart remained within Sora's body when he stabbed himself, which is why Roxas looks like Ventus.

It's the darkness within a person's heart that mutates the body when their heart is removed. The Princesses of Heart have no darkness, so their bodies simply stay comatose. It's the same with Ventus, Master Xehanort extracted all the darkness in his heart and formed it as a separate individual, Vanitas. This is normally fatal for a human because darkness is a part of humanity, but Ven's heart was healed before he could die. So after he lost his heart again at the end, his body stayed comatose instead of becoming a Nobody.

Sora's body was duplicated. One half became Roxas, the other became Namine. That's why Namine has power over Sora's memories, she's like his daughter.
